Comic book aficionados and budding filmmakers who are interested in attending San Diego Comic Con ’19, here’s your chance to get your work seen by some of the key connections, big players and most rabid fans in the industry — the Comic-Con International Independent Film Festival:
Comic-Con International Independent Film Festival 2019 Call for Entries
The Comic-Con International Independent Film Festival (CCI-IFF) is now accepting submissions for its 2019 festival, to be held July 18-21 during Comic-Con International at the San Diego Convention Center. The deadline for entries is February 1, 2019.
Judged by a panel of industry luminaries, the CCI-IFF accepts genre-related films in the following categories: Action/Adventure, Animation, Comics-Oriented, Documentary (Pop Culture–Related), Horror/Suspense, Humor, and Science Fiction/Fantasy. Awards and prizes will be given out at Comic-Con, with film screenings all four days of the event.
Entries will be accepted from September 10, 2018 until Feb. 1, 2019. All submitted films must be postmarked or emailed between those dates.
Film submissions must include the signed entry form to be eligible for consideration.
